Now installing what works.

This is not a coaching program. I install the whole machine into your business, and we're business partners for six months.

Book the call Installs begin end of October. The queue is real, and it's in payment order.

You've done the courses. You've watched the webinars. You've probably paid a coach or two.

And your business still runs on you. Every enquiry, every follow-up, every reminder, every late night at the desk. Not because you're lazy. Because implementing all of it, alone, on top of shooting — that's the part nobody's course ever did for you.

So I stopped teaching it.
I install it.

Done for you

What gets installed

The same machine that runs my studio, white-labelled to your brand, built on YOUR stack:

Your own AI agent

Running your business day to day. It knows your pricing, your voice, your clients.

An always-on AI front desk

Talks to leads, qualifies them, books them, chases the cold ones at 24 hours, and hands over to a human the moment it should.

Your business in your pocket

A Telegram line to your machine, with your numbers reported to you at 6:30 every morning.

A nightly learning loop

Reviews every conversation from the day and gets smarter while you sleep.

Meta ads, built and monitored

The proven ad recipe, adapted to your genre and your market, with creative direction and fatigue watching.

The full nurture engine

Email and SMS sequences, lapse campaigns, six-month follow-up. Leads stop leaking.

Your CRM built out properly

On GoHighLevel or the platform you already run. I build around your stack, not over it.

IPS and sales system

The viewing experience, pricing structure, packages, payment plans. The part that changes your average sale.

Production automation

From shoot to retouch to delivery without the bottleneck being you.

Website, pixels and SEO wired

So everything above has fuel.

Installed. Not taught. You double-click, it goes in, and it starts learning your business.

The partnership

Proof

The machine you're looking at runs my studio every day.

~$17
a lead
~$105
a booking
$2,500
average sale

Right now it lands leads at around $17 each, books sessions at roughly $105 a booking, and the studio's average sale is $2,500. Those are my results, on my spend, in my market. They're not a promise of yours — they're proof the machine works when it's driven properly.

Who you're partnering with

You're about to spend six months with me.

I'm Ben. I run a portrait studio in Perth. Run, present tense. I'm in it every day, and the machine on this page is the one running it. The numbers above aren't a case study I borrowed. They're its live output.

I didn't start with a machine. I started as the photographer doing all of it myself, buying courses that explained everything and installed nothing. So I built the thing I wish I'd had. Now I hand you the exact tools I use every day.

The philosophy underneath the whole thing: you sell people back to themselves. The machine just keeps the calendar full while you do.

Who it's for

Portrait photographers who are done playing small.

Newborn, family, boudoir, weddings — the genre matters less than this: you're serious about the business, not just the craft.

Already established? The machine has data to chew on from day one, so it shows up faster. Starting out or going full-time? You get the thing most photographers never had: the right foundations from day one, nothing to unlearn later. The system doesn't care how big you are. It cares that you're serious.

Anywhere in the world. The machine installs online, the Zoom Day is online, and I'm in Perth, Australia — which mostly means I'm awake while your leads are asking questions.

Not for you if: you want a cheerleader, a mindset course, or someone to tell you the algorithm is the problem. I'm none of those.
How it works

Five steps. One queue.

  1. We talk.

One call. You tell me where the business is at; I tell you honestly whether the machine fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so.

  2. You reserve, your install is locked.

$1,000 holds your place; installs begin end of October, in the order people pay. That's the queue, and it's real.

  3. Six months, business partners.

The machine runs, we build your numbers together, you drop into the Zoom Day whenever you need me.

  4. Day 180 — clean exit.

The machine is yours. Everything stays. No lock-in, no subscription trap, no keys I keep.

  5. After that: 2 NUKES a year.

Something catastrophically breaks, you call it, I drop in and fix it. Twice a year, on the house.

The Machine
$8,500

Everything above. The install, the six months, the Zoom Day, the Bible, the group, the clean exit.

Worth knowing what this costs everywhere else: the agencies that run ads and CRM for photographers charge thousands a month, every month, forever — and when you stop paying, it all stops working. The Machine is paid once, installed once, and it's yours. Renting a marketing department versus owning the machine.

Installs begin end of October. A $1,000 deposit reserves your place in the queue — the balance is paid before your install starts, and queue order is payment order. That gives you September and October to get the balance sorted while your place is locked. (Deposit is non-refundable except as required by law. Payment plans — we sort that on the call.)

Questions

Quick answers

How much, and when?

$8,500, all-in. Payment plans exist — we work out the right one on your call. Installs begin end of October 2026, in queue order, and queue order is payment order. A $1,000 deposit holds your place today.

What if I already have a CRM?

The Machine runs on GoHighLevel. Already on GHL? Perfect, I build straight into your account. On something else? Migrating is part of your build, and your data comes with you. It's your account, your data, and the Day-180 clean exit proves there's no lock-in.

What happens after the six months?

You keep everything. The machine, the systems, the knowledge base. Clean exit, no lock-in. Two NUKES a year if something catastrophic breaks. Ongoing support available if you want it.

Don't take my word for it. Ask the machine.

Everything else is better asked live. This is a cousin of the machine that runs my studio, it's awake 24 hours a day, and it will answer anything on this page and plenty that isn't. Ask it the hard questions. What happens when it breaks. Whether it works in your genre. Why this isn't another course.

If it stumbles, that tells you something too.

● Your details come to me, not a list. The chat link is yours, and it lasts 30 days.

This machine isn't a pitch deck.

It runs my studio today — answered this morning's enquiries, chased yesterday's quiet leads, and texted me the numbers at 6:30am while I made coffee.

Yours is next in the queue. Or it isn't. That part's up to you.
